Here is an exceptional Lexus SC430 retractable hardtop convertible. This example shows 59,000 miles and looks gorgeous with its red metallic paint and chrome wheels. This car spent most of its life in Texas and New Mexico, keeping it away from snow and salt. Note the tinted windows as well. Tires are Yokohama P245/40 all around with 2021 date codes. One of the SC430’s highlights is its graceful retractable hardtop which operates from a single button. Power comes from a silky smooth aluminum 4.3L DOHC V8 rated at 288hp. It is remarkably quiet but will spring to life when needed. The engine is backed by a 6-speed automatic transmission that provides a manual shift mode as well. The ride is everything you’d expect from a Lexus.
On to the interior! It looks fantastic with its tan leather and contrasting black dashboard, upper door panels, and dark wood accents. The front bucket seats are heated and provide power adjustments. Note the leather remains surprisingly soft and free of any cracking. There are tons of features including dual climate control, GPS with hideaway screen, and the excellent sound system with Mark Levinson speakers and an aftermarket satellite radio receiver. There is also an air deflector that deploys automatically when the top is lowered.
This SC430 has a lot to offer with its Lexus luxury, quality, performance, and features.
